Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rules for providing electronic services through the website autenly.com, in accordance with Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means. This English version is provided for convenience; the Polish-language version is the legally binding original in case of any discrepancy.
1. Service provider details
The service provider and Website operator is AUTENLY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (a Polish limited liability company), ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 31/119, 01-234 Warsaw, Poland.

2. Definitions
– Website – the online service available at autenly.com.
– User – any individual, legal entity, or organisational unit using the Website.
– Electronic services – services provided free of charge by the Service Provider through the Website, as listed in Section 3.
– Terms – this document.
3. Type and scope of electronic services
Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:
– access to informational content about the Service Provider’s offering (process automation, marketing agency services),
– a contact form allowing Users to send inquiries to the Service Provider,
– a newsletter, allowing Users to receive marketing and commercial communications, subject to separate consent.
The services described in these Terms do not constitute the sale of the Service Provider’s automation or marketing services – the terms of those services are set out separately in individually negotiated client contracts.
4. Conditions for providing electronic services
Using the Website requires a device with internet access and a browser that supports cookies. Users must not submit unlawful content or take any action that could disrupt the Website’s operation.
The contract for the contact form service is concluded when the User starts filling it in, and terminates upon sending the message or discontinuing the form. The contract for the newsletter service is concluded upon confirmation of the subscription and continues until the User unsubscribes or withdraws consent.
5. Cancelling services
Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message, or by contacting the Service Provider at the address in Section 1.
6. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Website’s operation or its electronic services may be submitted to the email address in Section 1, including a description of the issue and contact details. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.
7. Liability
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Website functions correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for interruptions caused by technical reasons, force majeure, or third-party actions, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
8. Personal data protection
The rules for processing Users’ personal data are described in the separate Privacy and Cookie Policy available on the Website.
9. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent for the Service Provider’s registered seat, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms, in particular due to changes in the scope of services provided or in applicable law. The current version of these Terms is always available on the Website together with the date of the last update.
