Service

Process automation.

Automation ready in days, payback within the same month. We take a process apart, say what pays back fastest, build it with your team and take it all the way into production. We do not stop at the recommendation.

We start from where the time goes

Asking where AI could help assumes knowledge the people doing the work do not have. Asking what takes up most of their time gets an answer immediately, and every answer is a candidate.

We map how time is actually spent across one function and classify the tasks: what touches money, personal data and production systems, and what touches nothing. That split later decides what needs permission and what does not.

We automate what pays for itself

Not everything that can be automated is worth automating. A task done once a quarter for fifteen minutes will not return the cost of building it, let alone maintaining it, however well it shows in a deck.

What counts is frequency, how many people do it, and what a mistake costs. If none of the three is high we say so and name what to do instead. Sometimes the right answer is a written rule, which costs nothing to maintain.

Maintenance starts at the first change

The source system will change. A field gets renamed, an export format shifts, a supplier updates an interface. Across one solution that is an afternoon. Across two hundred it is the difference between an ordinary Monday and a bad quarter.

So we name an owner inside your organisation from the start, usually a non-technical one, and build alongside them. A solution that needs us permanently ends when the engagement ends.

Scope

What we automate most often.

Documents and data

Reading, routing and entering into systems. Invoices, orders, contracts, forms.

Inbox, tickets and cases

Classification, routing to the right person, answers to questions that repeat.

Reporting and data prep

The statement produced the same way every month, reconciliations, completeness checks.

Finance and controlling

Record to report, purchase to pay, order to cash. Years of robotic process automation translate here directly.

Operations and supply chain

The flows between systems that a person currently closes by copying data across.

Sales and after-sales

Quotes, follow-up, and keeping the customer system in order.

Common questions

Before we begin.

Where do we start if we do not know what to automate?
With a map of where the time goes in one function. It needs no list of ideas and no preparation on your side, only access to the people who do the work.
Do we have to choose a tool first?
No. The tool is chosen after the process is understood, never before. We will also say outright when the right answer is none of the available tools.
What happens when the source system changes?
It is planned for rather than handled as an incident. The named owner inside your organisation knows what to do, because they built the solution with us. That knowledge stays when the project closes.
How many automations make sense to start with?
One, taken all the way into production. Only that shows whether the model extends, and it is what the decision about further areas rests on.

What takes up most of the time in your company?

One sentence is enough. We come back within one working day with specifics, not a credentials deck.
